This business remodel was an interesting challenge. Originally a home, the space was first converted to a salon in the early 1990’s, and was in desperate need of a refresh and upgrade when it was taken over by the Mia Testarossa Salon owners in 2017. Working on a tight timeline and using some creative problem-solving, we were able to ensure that they were back in the finished salon in just four weeks time. Mia Testarossa was able to remain operational the entire time, thanks to our connection with and the generosity of  On Stage Hair Designs in Mechanicsburg owner Billy Campbell, who allowed them to use his salon space during the remodel. We installed all-new shampoo & styling stations, added wide-plank hardwood flooring in the reception and treatment room, replaced the old flooring in the styling area with durable and stylish porcelain plank tile, replaced the front door and front window for aesthetic and efficiency purposes, upgraded the lighting, replaced the cabinetry and trim throughout, and repainted the 1,100 square foot along an updated, fresh neutral greige.
